J4MT Marine Consultants has been founded by Capt Julius Ceasar Valladares a seasoned mariner with strong seagoing foundations and vast experience of many years in the field of maritime training. J4MT Marine Consultants are committed to delivering world-class professional training to cadets and seafarers, both in the maritime and offshore sectors.

Under the flagship of Bibby Ship Management Ltd, Sir Derek Bibby Maritime Training Centre, Capt. Valladares was the first to introduce manufacturer-approved ECDIS Type Specific Training in India, by signing an agreement with ETC/Safebridge of Hamburg, Germany, and Kongsberg ECDIS Type Specific training with Kongsberg Simulation, Oslo, Norway.

J4MT has now entered into an agreement with MINTRA, a DNV Approved Maritime Training Provider, to publish, advertise and retail the Products and Services officially through its public web shop or website.

MINTRA is best known for its management systems approved by Bureau Veritas and is accredited by organizations including the LPI, ECITB, OPITO, CPD, and RoSPA. Today, J4MT MARINE CONSULTANTS is the only reseller for all MINTRA eLearning courses in India, and Capt. Julius C. S. Valladares is the sole ECDIS Virtual Classroom Instructor assigned by MINTRA in the Asia Pacific region.
