What are the key challenges the cargo and logistics industry faces, and how has Renuka Forwarding (RF) tried to get over the curve?

The key challenge for a Logistics service provider is the customer of today who wants to be provided both space and timely information with prices to suit their business. RF is well positioned in the Market to make sure that customer expectation is fully met and hence we have grown from down there to here today.

What are the reasons for improper and higher logistics costs, which have remained a continuous source of concern?

Freight charges have skyrocketed over the past two years. Input prices such as of fuel and toll charges as well as shortages of trucks have further increased costs. One of the main reasons behind these additional costs is the highly fragmented nature of the industry.

How has RF dealt with the issue of providing cost-effective services?

We have signed long term contracts with the shipping lines, and we also work with our competing forwarders so that the cost is low and effective, and which ultimately helps our customers. We also give good cost-effective services for all ex-work biz, which includes Transportation, Customs clearance, and all 4 Pl activities.

A Global Network, we are one of the leading service providers with Business operations across India. In the last few years we have expanded our footprint across the globe.  We also have an immense appetite for growth and invest long-term in our customers.
