The company convened a 2- day seminar on 3rd and 4th December 2022 for crew and office staff at Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport hotel. On 3rd December 2022 the Seminar was Inaugurated and held open by Owner’s representative Capt Santanu Ghosh on behalf of Pacific Basin with presentations by eminent speakers gave an impetus to rest of the day.

A special session on ‘Crew Wellbeing’ was conducted by renowned wellness and marine coach Dr Deepti Mankad. The interactive session was experiential and helped participants reflect on various aspects, strategies of positive mental health.
A session by seabird Medical Crew was conducted that helped raise participant awareness in times of medical emergencies.
To develop a spirit of Team building. Various interactive team building exercise were conducted that were enriching and enjoyable at the same time. The sessions were conducted by Sivanand Ray, Samar Das, Capt Shashank Kumar, Somasundaram, etc
4th December 2022 (Day 2) began with an energetic Zumba session, followed by various interactive sessions with the Pacific Basin Team that included:
A special session by RMA by 3 cube was arranged which entailed a unified effort to make Maritime health care more Proactive and create awareness about their services for mariners.
Interactive sessions with speakers were held from OPS (Technical and Chartering).
The seminar was concluded by a Gala Dinner & Live Music performance which was attended by all the sailing staff and eminent dignitaries from the Industry.
