The Company of Master Mariners of India (CMMI) proudly presented a memorable Annual Dinner, and felicitated stalwarts of the shipping industry too, on 11^th February 2023, at the Acres Club in Mumbai.

The members of the CMMI were briefly introduced and lauded for their efforts on the continuous and comprehensive global progress made by the shipping sector.

The Anchor of the program pressed upon International trade and emphasized on the teaching courses initiated by CMMI in association with the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE).

The main Sponsor of the event HSBC bank Vice President and  Head of International banking Ms. Roohi Ansari asserted, “HSBC has always supported the Seafarer Fraternity for their Banking requirements or through event sponsorship. HSBC takes pride in being the most preferred banking partner for all seafarers, and to be associated with the shipping Industry.”

The centurion, 101 year old, Capt. JC Anand inaugurated the 2023-2024 souvenir.

Capt. Irani’s wife said, “I was longing to come back to the Annual evening organized by CMMI. It is always a great feeling. I love the wonderful vibe of the occasion.”

Ms. Abhilasha Likhari said, “It’s a cheerful, joyful & new experience, very well organized”.

All in all, the event was a night of good food, great company and unforgettable memories, all woven together in wonderful bonhomie.
