MANET’s 23rd Batch Induction marks a Historical Commencement

MANET proudly welcomed its 23rd batch of aspiring maritime professionals during a momentous induction program. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guest Captain Shoukat Mukherjee and Guest of Honor Captain Naresh Kumar. The dignitaries, along with an illustrious line-up including Dr. Sunita Karad – (Mentor of MANET) Director ICT and Dean of Management, Dr. Sudharshan Sanap – Guiding Spirit and Dean of Engineering and Sciences, Captain Prerit Misra – MANET Principal, Prof. Shrikant Gunjal – MANET Vice Principal, C/E Rajiv Kashikar – Head of Department, Placements, Captain Deepak Munshi – Head of Department Nautical Sciences, and C/E Adwait Londhe – Head of Department Marine Engineering, set the tone for a promising academic journey.

The event witnessed the vibrant presence of the newly admitted cadets along with their parents, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and aspiration. A placement drive scheduled immediately after the induction program for its first-semester girl cadets. This presents an extraordinary opportunity for us to attract and inspire potential female candidates to embark on a journey in the Merchant Navy.
