Republican Seafarers Association of India launched

On occasion of Dr BR Ambedkar Jayanti, Mr Ramdas Athawale Honourable Minister for social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India and Dr N Reuben Paul, Chairman, Merchant Navy Welfare Board (India) inaugurated Republican Seafarers Association of India on 14th April in Mumbai.

The purpose of this association is to assist seafaring and fishermen communities of backward communities in India.

Marine Engineer Dr N Ravindra Babu will act as Chairman of this new wing.
